Tracker Marine wanted to provide its 500 retail dealers with signs and banner for in-store promotions and boat shows. Corporate Purchasing centralized the process, but the time demands of retail dealers, the difficulty in communicating between three parties and the logistics of shipping coordination led to missed deadlines, inconsistent branding and higher mark-ups from local sign shops who often were required for emergency needs.

GROUP360 was asked to create an easy-to-use online retail shopping environment that maximized dealer choice while maintaining centralized purchasing control through the corporate office. The Online Sign Shop became a destination for dealers to order materials that met purchasing requirements, streamlined workflows, and provided superior customer service. Pooling their resources guaranteed a nice price break, maintained brand consistency, and allowed flexibility for individual dealers.
